Returns and Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receiving them. However, you must notify us by email within this period.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items.
  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    1. Bespoke items with custom size or colour (this includes hand painted items)
    2. Fabrics and leathers cut to size.
    3. Any other items specifically marked as non-returnable on our website.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
