Purchases and Payment

• All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, even after payment has been processed. Reasons for order refusal may include, but are not limited to, errors in product pricing, inaccuracies in stock levels, or any other issue that may affect the fulfilment of your order.
  
• Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We will not dispatch products until we receive payment in full.

Returns and Refunds

• You have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receiving them. However, you must notify us by email within this period.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items.
• The following items are not eligible for return:

1. 1. 1. 1. Bespoke items with custom size or colour (this includes hand painted items)
         2. Fabrics and leathers cut to size.
            
         3. Any other items specifically marked as non-returnable on our website.

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

Shipping and Delivery

• We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
• Shipping times vary by supplier and availability, all of which will be defined in either the product description or at the checkout stage.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.
• Any damages to the products received must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

• Wood Furnishings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products, except as expressly provided in these terms.

Intellectual Property

• The content on our site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of our suppliers and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
