This folding railing table is designed for compact outdoor living — a stable, hanging side table that clips onto balcony and terrace railings. It adjusts to suit a variety of railing shapes and thicknesses, and folds flat when not in use to keep limited outdoor spaces clear.
Height is adjustable across three settings (73 cm, 78.5 cm and 84 cm) so the table can be set to the most comfortable level for your chairs. The clamp fits railings 3–15 cm thick and includes two fixing clips and an adjustable bottom support to keep the tabletop parallel and prevent tilting.
The tabletop is made from weather-resistant HIPS for waterproofing, UV protection and colourfastness, while the frame is constructed from rustproof metal tubing for outdoor durability. The wide tabletop with rounded edges gives a secure surface for drinks, plates and plants.
No tools are required to fit the table to a railing and the simple folding mechanism lets you store it away quickly. For longevity, wipe the HIPS surface clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent, and keep the metal frame dry when possible.
Clean the HIPS surface using a soft cloth or sponge with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive pads or strong solvents, as they can scratch or dull the finish. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spotting and preserve the colourfast surface.
Although the frame is rustproof, regular care extends its life: wipe off salts or bird droppings promptly, dry the frame after heavy rain, and inspect joints for chips in the finish. Touch up any exposed metal with an appropriate outdoor metal paint to prevent corrosion.
Fold the table flat and store it indoors or under a breathable outdoor cover in a dry place. Keeping the table out of continuous damp and away from strong sunlight when not in use reduces wear to both the HIPS top and the metal finish and helps maintain moving parts and fixing clips.
