Construction pairs solid oak surfaces with engineered components for stability and value: oak for the visible top and MDF where structure or backing is required. The bench arrives part-assembled and requires you to attach the legs, keeping installation straightforward for most homes.
The waxed surface offers a low-sheen, natural look that is forgiving of light wear while retaining the grain character of the oak. Regular care will keep the finish looking its best and protect the MDF elements from excessive moisture.

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For light soiling use a slightly damp cloth and a mild detergent diluted in water, then dry immediately with a clean cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach or silicone-based polishes, as these can damage or build up on the wax finish.
