Remove each glass holder from the wooden base before cleaning. Wash the glass gently in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh abrasives or sudden temperature changes which can stress hand‑blown glass. Replace only when fully dry.
Dust the wooden base regularly with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth; avoid soaking the wood. Keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive indoor humidity to reduce the risk of cracking or warping. If the wood looks dry over time, treat sparingly with a suitable natural oil or wax made for solid wood, following the product instructions and testing on an inconspicuous area first.
To protect the teak base, use battery-operated LED candles rather than naked flames; if you do use candles, place a heat-resistant dish or liner inside each glass holder and remove any wax residue promptly once cooled. Avoid placing hot items directly on the wood and remove the glass cups for any deeper cleaning or wax removal.
