This striking sculptural piece pairs hand-blown molten glass with an individually selected teak root to create a dramatic, Dali-style decanter form. Each item is made by artisans who mould the glass directly onto the timber base, so every piece has its own character and appearance.
Measuring approximately 55cm high, the giant decanter makes a bold decorative statement on a console, sideboard or mantel. The organic teak root base contrasts the smooth, glossy glass, offering tactile interest and a natural aesthetic that complements contemporary and rustic interiors alike.
Because each decanter is hand-crafted and formed around a unique root, sizes and weights are approximate and the finish will vary from item to item. A wine bottle is shown in product imagery only to give a sense of scale and is not included with the sculpture.

Wipe the glass with a soft, lint-free cloth and warm water with a little mild dish soap if needed. Avoid soaking the wooden base or using abrasive pads and harsh chemicals. If water reaches the wood, dry it immediately with a soft cloth to prevent moisture absorption and staining.
Dust the teak root regularly with a dry, soft cloth or soft brush to remove debris from crevices. Keep the wood dry and avoid long periods of direct sunlight or heat which can dry and crack the timber. If desired, a light application of a natural wood oil may be used sparingly to restore sheen, but test on an inconspicuous area first.
