Each mirror is hand crafted, so finishes and appearance will vary slightly from piece to piece. This unique production method creates characterful differences and means sizes are approximate; the 100cm version is supplied as W 60 x H 100 cm.
The mirror can be hung either way — portrait or landscape — allowing flexible styling across hallways, living rooms and bedrooms. Please note occasional slight distortion in the glass can occur as part of the handmade process and is a natural characteristic of this product.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a standard glass cleaner, applying the cleaner to the cloth rather than spraying directly onto the mirror. Wipe the glass gently and avoid excess moisture reaching the frame. Dry the glass immediately to limit any water contact with the driftwood-style surround.
Dust the frame regularly with a dry, soft cloth or brush to remove grit. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive pads. If the frame needs more than dusting, use a barely damp cloth and dry immediately. Keep the mirror away from prolonged high humidity and direct heat to preserve the finish.
Slight distortion is a common characteristic of handcrafted mirrors and is often cosmetic. It won’t usually worsen with normal, gentle cleaning. To minimise any change, avoid extreme temperature or humidity swings and clean with soft cloths and suitable glass cleaner applied lightly to the cloth.
