This Root Giant Apple is hand-carved by Indonesian artists from a single piece of teak root. The sculpture celebrates the natural texture and grain of reclaimed teak, creating a striking, tactile object that works equally well as a standalone piece or grouped with other items from the wooden fruit range.
Because each apple is carved from a unique root, no two pieces look the same. Variations in colour, grain and surface texture are part of the character of the item and make every sculpture one-of-a-kind. Sizes and weights are approximate given the hand-crafted nature of the product.
