To reduce prolonged moisture exposure, position the sculpture on a well-draining base or plinth to lift it clear of wet soil. Regularly check the underside for trapped damp and allow air circulation. If the sculpture sits on grass or soil during wet seasons, temporarily move it to a dry, elevated surface to help prevent rot and deterioration.
