The Teak Babybel Lamp Table is a compact, sculptural side table formed from hand-carved teak root discs. A larger, flat-topped disc provides the tabletop, supported by a stacked arrangement of smaller root slices for an organic, one-of-a-kind silhouette that works beautifully as a lamp or accent table.
Each piece is hand crafted so every table varies slightly in grain, colour and form. This is a natural wood product and you may notice some marking from the wood's natural oils; these characteristics add to the unique appearance rather than detract from it.
Sized for compact living, the Babybel is 35cm across with a 45cm height, making it ideal beside a sofa or bed. For longevity we recommend placing a protective pad or layer between the table and any flooring or carpet to prevent impressions or transfers of natural oils.
Wipe the surface with a soft dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth for routine cleaning. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemical cleaners, which can strip natural oils and alter the finish. Allow any damp areas to dry naturally and dust regularly to preserve the wood’s appearance.
